Ce modèle d‘entraînement de haute qualité pour l‘œsophago-gastro-duodénoscopie permet d‘introduire et de naviguer un endoscope de l‘œsophage au duodénum. Des matériaux souples spéciaux reproduisent le tractus gastro-intestinal de manière réaliste et permettent ainsi de s‘entraîner à l‘endoscopie comme sur une vraie personne. Les structures internes ont l‘air réalistes dans l‘endoscope et se comportent comme de vrais tissus. La langue, le larynx, l‘œsophage, l‘estomac et le duodénum sont représentés. La bouche, l‘œsophage et le duodénum peuvent être échangés et remplacés par des modules optionnels de difficulté supérieure. Le modèle de base est livré en niveau de difficulté 1, les niveaux 2 et 3 peuvent être commandés en tant qu‘accessoires.Le modèle dispose de polypes à 4 stades ainsi que d‘un ulcère pour s‘exercer à la navigation et au diagnostic.Les exercices suivants peuvent être effectués :- Entraînement à la navigation de la bouche au duodénum- Clipping (si cette option est utilisée, l‘estomac doit être changé après quelques exercices)- Biopsie (si cette option est utilisée, l‘estomac doit être changé après quelques exercices)- Entraînement à l‘anse (si l‘anse est complètement fermée, l‘estomac doit être changé après quelques exercices)

Special fabrication methods allow recreation of ultrafine bronchoscopy that could not be done before. Most methods duplicate distal bronchus. Ultrafine bronchoscopy enables insertion all the way through the distal bronchus. The material is specialized silicone rubber. The sense of bronchoscopy insertion allows a feeling like human-like texture due to elasticity. In addition, the internal bronchial tube is a humanlike color. The bronchial tube and the stand are easily removable from the outer case. Bronchus is detachable and washable after insert training.
