CRiSis-Manikin Standard

The CRiSis emergency manikins are complete cardiopulmonary resuscitation systems consisting of five components that allow for the practice of various scenarios. Each manikin consists of a full-body CPR manikin with an IV arm, a blood pressure arm, and a chest skin surface for defibrillation; the head is the Airway Larry Airway Management head. Ideal for Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), first aid, paramedic, and nursing training at every level. The modular design of the components allows you to customize your manikin to suit your needs. 

Procedures that can be practiced: 
CPR 
- Palpable and visible landmarks 
- Fully movable head, neck, and jaw 

Airway Management 
- Realistic anatomy of the mouth, tongue, oropharynx, larynx, epiglottis, vocal cords, trachea, and esophagus 
- Cricoid cartilage for practicing the Sellick maneuver 
- Separate left and right lungs for auscultation 
- Suction options 
- Options for oral, nasal, and digital intubation 
- Compatible airway management systems include endotracheal tubes, E.O.A. (esophageal obturator airway) tubes, E.T.L. tubes, laryngeal mask ventilation, E.G.T.A. (esophageal gastric tube airway) tubes, and Combitube® tubes 

IV ARM 
- Features a joint at the biceps for antecubital and dorsal access 
- Bony landmark on the shoulder to identify muscle tissue for intramuscular injections 
- Interchangeable skin and veins 
- Realistic backflow from a pressurized system 

Blood Pressure Arm 
- The instructor sets the systolic and diastolic pressure, heart rate, and volume of the sounds 
- The speaker in the arm emits realistic blood pressure sounds 
- The 5 Korotkoff phases can be turned on and off 
- The auscultatory gap can be turned on and off 
- Can be used with an additional external speaker system so that the sounds are transmitted to the classroom

Defibrillation Torso 
- The internal load box absorbs the full force of each shock—designed to absorb shocks up to the recommended 360 joules 
- Manual, semi-automatic, and automatic defibrillation 
- The monitor manikin has four ECG and two defibrillation sites, just like a real patient 
- Compatible with defibrillators, monitors, and patient simulators from all major manufacturers and of all types; adapters are available upon request
