Types of payment

Your satisfaction during the ordering process is very important to us! 

We want to make your purchase as convenient and uncomplicated as possible, which is why we offer you a variety of payment methods. 

The different payment providers may vary depending on the country.

PayPal - Payment via PayPal - simple, fast and secure
With the leading online payment service PayPal, you can pay quickly, easily and securely - free of charge. You will be automatically redirected to PayPal during the order process, log in with your account and confirm the payment.

Credit card
Payment by VISA or Mastercard with 3D Secure procedure. With the two leading payment providers VISA and Mastercard, you can enter your credit card details as usual. We do not store any security-relevant information about your credit card. The transaction takes place on the secure pages of our payment provider.

Prepayment
You will automatically receive an order confirmation with our bank details by e-mail. If you pay in advance, the items you have ordered will be dispatched once your payment has been credited to our bank account. Please note that it may take up to 3-5 working days for your payment to reach us, depending on the bank. 

Invoice (public institutions only)
For our customers from the public sector (schools, universities, authorities, etc.) we offer payment by invoice. After dispatch of the products you will automatically receive an invoice by e-mail or post, you have 14 days net to make your payment by bank transfer.

Giropay - digital payment method of the banks and savings banks
It offers you maximum security and optimum convenience for every online purchase. With Giropay as a function of your current account, you can pay for your online purchases without risk.

Amazon Pay
Payment with your Amazon account. You will be automatically redirected to Amazon Pay during the order process, log in with your account and confirm the payment.

Apple Pay
Payment with your iPhone thanks to your Apple account. You will be automatically redirected to Apple Pay during the ordering process, log in with your account and confirm the payment.

iDEAL (Netherlands)
Payment via Dutch online payment system. We offer our customers from the Netherlands the payment method iDEAL. As soon as you select payment via iDEAL, you will be redirected to one of the participating Dutch banks. You can then make a transfer on your bank's online banking page.

EPS (Austria)
Payment via the Austrian online payment system. We offer our customers from Austria the EPS payment method. The eps transfer is the simple and secure online payment method used by Austrian banks for online purchases via the familiar banking system. The highest level of security: the payment process takes place exclusively in your bank's highly secure and familiar online banking system.
