Everything you need in one manikin! This spectacular state-of-the-art training model is a complete resuscitation system for teaching infant lifesaving skills. It is ideal for paediatric advanced life support, nursing, paramedic and EMT training at any level. Tactile and visual fidelity together make this manikin one of the most realistic training options for learners. The CRiSis manikin is the most comprehensive paediatric advanced life support trainer on the market and can be used to perform a 4-lead ECG, IV therapy, umbilical catheterisation, airway clearance, intraosseous infusion and CPR - all on one model! The unique chest skin with umbilical cord can be used to practise the techniques of umbilical cord vessel catheterisation, including cutting and clamping. Fluid can be aspirated through the umbilicus, making this manikin incredibly realistic. An IV arm and IV leg allow realistic practice of paediatric venipuncture. The cephalic and basilic veins are accessible on the IV arm, as well as the venous arch of the back of the hand and the saphenous vein and the venous arch of the back of the foot on the IV leg. The procedure for intraosseous infusion can be practised on one leg. The life-size and realistically depicted head can be used to practise keeping the airway open in an infant.
