New corporate structure – clear, modern, and future-oriented
As of January 1, 2026, the newly founded Erler-Zimmer Medical GmbH will take over the operational business division as well as all related legal transactions of the former Erler-Zimmer GmbH & Co. KG.With this step, we are creating the basis for a modern and clear organizational structure that allows us to act even more effectively in a dynamic environment. The new structure enables in particular:
• more efficient processes and faster decision-making paths
• clear responsibilities and a contemporary corporate organization
• sustainable further development of our company and our teams
• long-term safeguarding of our high quality and service standards

At the same time, this transition marks a consciously designed generational change. With great gratitude, we honor the decades of commitment by Ute and Walter Probst, who have shaped and successfully developed the company with foresight, personal dedication, and a high standard of quality. Their work stands for continuity, reliability, and a culture of partnership that has supported many business relationships for years and decades.On January 1, 2026, Ute and Walter Probst will hand over the management of the company to their sons Patrick and Mathias Probst. Thus, the fourth generation of the Erler-Zimmer family continues to lead the company – with fresh perspectives, strong expertise, and a deep awareness of the tradition and responsibility of our family business.
