Based on the unique LSAT Trainer this pediatric auscultation trainer offers multiple pediatric cases for advanced lung auscultation training. The physical status of the patient is controllable by a touch screen tablet computer.
The Simulator includes XX Patient cases with case information such as X-Ray, CT and bronchoscopy images. The body includes 7 anterior and 7 posterior auscultation sites that can be auscultated using any normal stethoscope. This allows more than one student to listen simultaneously on one simulator. All sounds are classified after the American Thoracic Society. An integrated LED light indicates the inspiration and expiration phase synchronous to the sounds (can be switched off). Background heart sounds are present an can be adjusted in volume.
The system comes completely pre-configured and on a roller base (can be removed for tabletop usage). It has an automatic Error Check function during initialisation of the system.
