The Trauma Leg Simulator is a realistic lower-limb training model designed for combat and emergency medical education. Extending from the mid-lower leg to the thigh, it features anatomically accurate vessel and bone placement and enables realistic arterial bleeding control training. The simulator reproduces four arterial bleeding wounds—entry and exit gunshot wounds (femoral artery), a cut wound (anterior tibial artery), and a stab wound (tibial artery). It supports high & tight and proximal tourniquet application in accordance with TCCC guidelines, as well as wound packing for exit and stab wounds. An internal core simulates bone structure, while durable silicone tissue allows repeated use in demanding training environments. Independent manual valve control for each wound enables adjustable bleeding scenarios. The anatomically accurate size is based on adult leg anthropometry and supports tourniquet widths of 40 mm.
