This suture trainer allows practicing surgical sutures again and again. The suturing resistance of the artificial skin is almost like the real skin. Different skin suture techniques can be practiced (single interrupted suture, vertical mattress suture and intracutaneous suture). The material is very robust and guarantees a long term use. Due to this the costs per students are very low at highest possible training quality. Including jig with suction cups. This trainer was developed in co-operation with Dr. Sarah Koenig, associate professor, surgical skills lab, dept. for general and visceral surgery, University Medicine Goettingen.

realistische Hautoberfläche

Wir nutzen diesen Hautnaht Trainer in unserem SkillsLab im Nahtkurs und sind wirklich sehr zufrieden.An diesem Trainer können verschiedene Nahttechniken geübt werden, die Haut und Muskelschicht ist realistisch Dargestellt.Je nach Einschnitt ins das Pad können bis zu >1000 Nähte geübt werden, also ideal für viele Kursteilnehmer.

The holder for our proven suture pad makes it possible to attach the pad with the help of flexible straps to the arm or leg of a simulation patient for a more realistic training situation. The holder is flexible and puncture-resistant, avoiding all risk for the simulation patient, and is also suitable for use with training dummies. Transparent Intracutaneous Suture Pad for use with trainer 7060

This special version of our famous skin suture pad for skin suture trainer 7060 allows training of intracutaneous suture in a very impressive way. The upper skin layers are made of transparent materials to allow the visualisation of the thread path inside the skin. This allows completely new teaching and training opportunities. We want to thank the Teaching and Learning Centre of the medical faculty of the University Duisburg-Essen for suggesting this product and for their support during development.
