The integrated reservoir with a capacity of 2.5–3 liters allows for long training sessions without frequent refilling. A high-performance pump supplies up to four wound ports simultaneously and generates realistic, pulsating bleeding – from controlled to massive. The wireless, rugged control unit was developed for use under the toughest training conditions. Large, easy-to-grip controls ensure reliable operation even when wearing gloves, in rain, dirt, or direct sunlight. Blood flow and pulse can be adjusted in real time at any moment. Thanks to its mobile backpack design and powerful battery, the system is ideally suited for emergency medical services, mass casualty incident (MCI), police, and military training. Our new series of wound packing trainers – the “Blood Brothers” – sets new standards in professional wound packing training. All four trainers look the same on the outside, but offer different wounds on the inside, each requiring the correct packing technique. Made from body-like material, they offer excellent haptics and yet high stability, so that they can withstand the demands of daily training. The trainers can bleed via a supply line, which is easily connected using a standard Luer-Lock connector. The “Blood Brothers” set includes the following four trainers: Bob – straight wound Bill – straight wound with bone splinters Brad – slanted wound Ben – large wound cavity A distributor for connecting the four wound packing trainers to a single bleeding module is available as an option.

The Trauma Leg Simulator is a realistic lower-limb training model designed for combat and emergency medical education. Extending from the mid-lower leg to the thigh, it features anatomically accurate vessel and bone placement and enables realistic arterial bleeding control training. The simulator reproduces four arterial bleeding wounds—entry and exit gunshot wounds (femoral artery), a cut wound (anterior tibial artery), and a stab wound (tibial artery). It supports high & tight and proximal tourniquet application in accordance with TCCC guidelines, as well as wound packing for exit and stab wounds. An internal core simulates bone structure, while durable silicone tissue allows repeated use in demanding training environments. Independent manual valve control for each wound enables adjustable bleeding scenarios. The anatomically accurate size is based on adult leg anthropometry and supports tourniquet widths of 40 mm. The Trauma Arm Simulator is a realistic upper-limb training model extending from the fingers to the upper arm, designed for combat and emergency medical education. It features anatomically accurate vessel pathways, hand-painted wounds, and a functional bleeding system for realistic hemorrhage control training. The simulator reproduces five arterial bleeding wounds—entry and exit gunshot wounds (brachial artery), a crush wound with ulnar artery and tissue bleeding, a suicidal wound parallel to the vessel (radial artery), and a stab wound (brachial artery). It supports proper tourniquet application on the upper arm in accordance with TCCC guidelines and allows wound packing for exit and stab wounds. An internal two-piece core, separated at the elbow, enables natural flex without a mechanical joint, while the durable silicone body realistically imitates soft tissue. Independent manual bleeding control allows adjustable intensity for each wound. This affordable and realistic Wound Packing Simulator is ideal for emergency training and the simulation patient program.Shown is a realistic bullet wound with bleeding function caused by a large gun caliber, ideal for training the Wound Packing procedure.The Simulator is made of a high quality and very durable silicone that simulate human skin and tissue. Common hemostatic wound pads can be used. We recommend to use our washable, non-staining artificial blood (Ref.no. 7024) with the simulator.
